Ohio residents

  • One-time financial counseling session: $35

  • Counseling fee: $8/per month

  • Maintenance fee: 8.5% of monthly payment amount ($30 minimum)

  • EZ Pay: $50/month

WV residents

  • One-time financial counseling session: $35

  • Counseling fee: $8/per month

  • Maintenance fee: 7.0% of monthly payment amount

  • EZ Pay: $50/month
